2. install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 ( essential)(Must Required)
3.download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 from Following Link:

4.unzip the archive and run DotProxy.exe
5.fill with following values local port :1234

remote proxy 100.1.200.99 port 8080
6.Click On tunnel http through https
7.In header modification Mode click add and type wap4.indiatimes.com/usearch/

8. click start button.

u will see proxy started on 1234

9. fire up ur browser and point it to use proxy 127.0.0.1 port 1234

10. now enjoy free browsing
